Parish Priest — San Pancracio Parish
Father Larry serves as the Parish Priest of San Pancracio, leading the community
in worship, sacramental ministry, and pastoral governance. He oversees all liturgical
celebrations, coordinates with the Diocese of Kalookan, and guides the 14 lay
associations of the parish in their apostolic work.

Parish Staff & Lay Leaders
Our dedicated lay staff and volunteers are the hands and feet of the parish. They work behind the scenes every day to ensure that every parishioner is welcomed, every sacrament is prepared, and every ministry is supported.
Parish Secretary
Handles all documentary requirements for sacraments, office correspondence, scheduling, and parish records. First point of contact for all parish inquiries.
Parish Treasurer
Oversees the financial stewardship of the parish — including collections, love offerings, donations, and disbursements for parish programs and maintenance.
Choir Director
Leads the parish choir and coordinates all liturgical music for Masses, sacraments, and special celebrations. Recruits and trains cantors and musicians.
BEC Coordinator
Oversees the network of Basic Ecclesial Communities across the parish territory. Facilitates neighborhood prayer gatherings, Bible study groups, and community meetings.
Youth Minister (KYC)
Leads the Kabataang Yesus Christos youth ministry. Organizes retreats, recollections, outreach activities, and faith formation sessions for young parishioners.
Caritas Coordinator
Manages the parish's social action programs — feeding drives, medical missions, scholarship assistance, and relief operations for the marginalized.
Sacristan & Altar Servers
The Sacristan and Altar Servers are among the most visible ministers of the parish. They prepare the altar before each Mass, assist the priest during the liturgy, and ensure that sacred vessels, linens, and liturgical items are properly cared for. San Pancracio Parish has a well-trained team of youth altar servers who serve with reverence and pride, guided by their Sacristan Major.
Requirements to Become an Altar Server:
- Must be a baptized and confirmed Catholic
- Must be at least in Grade 4 or 10 years old
- Must attend the Altar Server Training Program conducted by the parish
- Must be committed to serving at at least one Mass per week
- Parents must give their written consent
- Must observe proper conduct and reverence inside the church at all times
